Are you kidding? They're beyond insignificant. I don't have that much room to put them on the first hierarchy.

I am pretty solid on the top and the bottom, the middle gets complicated.

I would start a thread for the European hierarchy but i need this one settled first.

Its either

Russian > Ex-Soviet > Non-soviet Eastern Europe > Greek

Or

Eastern Europe general > Russian > Greek

I think Hawaiians/Fijians should go somewhere around the Thais/Cambodians. Similar complexions, affinity for beaches, lots of fruit in their cooking, pineapple everywhere.
