no idea, my friend knows him. He's about 50ish, looks like a washed up blonde beach bum and has a 20 something year old playboy model wife. He was talking about his expensive wine all dinner and not sharing it around, it was so lol. He kept saying "CAN I FINISH" when anyone interrupted him.

yeah, my landlord has a tednecay to respond to request for repairs by a) blaming the need for repair on me b) threatening to charge me for it and c) threatening to evict me (though unless he's really mad he'll do it subtly like "i'm reviewing your tenancy and will deal with you later."

so i'm sick of it and was about to file a complaint, but now i'm second-guessing myself.

definitely surreal.

Her: "Oh honey when the airport limo went by our house before we came here I thought 'oh where are we going for dinner tonight?'"

find out which law that says what he's doing/threatening is illegal and then tell him you're ready to file a complaint if he keeps up with that shite. what total bs!

I am going to brag, because we all do it. My wife and her mom's company did amazingly well this year at Fall Market in NYC. We busted our chops working non-stop to put this show together, and everything was flawless, least of all the gowns. Now our PR company is saying that our shows received the best recognition, highest talk, and the most buzz. Yes guy, it was all worth it*

*hanging out with models did not hurt, especially realizing they were all nice and had zero attitude, AND ate like pigs!*

and, HELLO!

and the rest i can't post because of stupid flickr.

i've quoted the Residential Tenancies Act to him a million times, telling hik he can't kick me out of my storage space or my apartment, but he still threatens it every time i contact him. i'm just worried now that the LTB definition of "threaten" is, like physically threaten, not baseless eviction threaten.

also, i can't find my notes to him from last winter. i have his to me, but not mine to him somehow.

Hold on, your wife makes wedding dresses? Can she make something custom?
And by the way, if that's your wife's work... it's stunning - I can't believe I haven't checked this before.

Pops woke up this morning with some pain in his legs, 12 hours later he's undergone surgery and is currently fighting for his life in ICU. If any of you are the praying type, throw one his way would yah?

my brother has serious pains in his legs too.
he's kind of a tough guy, but finally got around to going to the doctor's.
he has some issues with his knees, and will need surgery (its all purely physical though...no disease or whatever).
he has to wait till february though to get surgery.
not being able to walk normally `didn't stop him from going to VIRGINIA this weekend for the nascar race though... although i guess copious amounts of rye and beer mask any ailment.

Holy shit. I was just walking home from a concert and a car accident happened right at the intersection I just walked through. I heard screeching tires and a BANG and I turned around and an SUV smashed into a sedan.

Called 911, no one looked seriously injured, although the dude who was driving the sedan looked really out of it. Crazy night.

Yep. Although I was mainly there to see the Black Angels. Raveonettes were okay, didn't totally blow me away.
