Workout Advice

    DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!

    Drink water immediately after you work out.
    Drink water instead of other drinks (except milk...... and liquor)
    Drink a big glass of water first thing and last thing every day.
    Drink water instead of snacking, it will fill you up

    u're actually wrong. Drinking more water won't help you lose weight because as you start with your diet and exercising you will first burn off water and then fat so the more water you drink to fill you up the slower your weight loss will go. Just look at Operah Winfrey (sp?) that's what she does but she still gains her fat right back up. You might burn a lot of water and calories but your body fat might be in the high percentages.
