Did you grow up not liking your name? Have you ever wanted to be name someting else?

What would you have called yourself if you had the choice?

    Nuts.

    You stole my answer :D

Seriously though, I'm content with the name my parents gave me.

    Peace,

    Sabina

Hell yeah I wish my parents had named me something that I didn't have to look up to spell. Something like Bob or Chuck hell Dave or Jay anything that fits in a standard form would have been nice.

Thus I use "Jeff" whole bunch easier for everyone else.

But I actually like my name now... Colm

    pronounced Column

But going through school and shit I hated it. My name officially at my high school for the first semester was Colin even though I spelled it very clearly on my registration. And I used to just say my name was Colin to ppl I'd only end up talking to once.

I make a point of saying my real name now though ...."with an m"
Nope its not Coolm - or short for malcolm. 2 syllables like a column :)

Being named after a biblical figure would be pretty suave. Like Jesus, from the Big Labowsky.

For some reason when I was a kid I wanted my name to be Scott Steve.
I hated my name - I love it now though.

I like my name, which is Evan.

If I had to choose something else it would be either Gargamel, Dirty Sanchez, of Beastmaster E.

I've always wanted to be named something like:

    Gabriel
    Ezekiel
    Azrael

I think these are all biblical... weird that I like those names but I am not religious.
Or something along those lines.. I guess I've got weird taste

I actually like my name too - Amanda - and it USED to be rarer than it is now but then Melrose Place came out and evryone named their kid Amanda.

When I was little I used to wanted to be called Jem or Aja (like the cartoon/dolls)

Akasha (Queend of the Damned) isn't too bad either.
