    Im doing ok. [IMG]
Mine Newyears was to quit smoking.
    I quit Jan 17th.

At the time I felt like Mr Anderson from "the matrix"
I just said "NO" when those cigz were flying fast towards me...
    and that was it.

I also heard a good news report
that smoking is way way down from privious years.

    good luck to everyone else
ps: jokes: click to see me as a non smoker. sOOo excellent!! [IMG]

Join a gym and go regularly - check
Start to eat ealthier - check
Drink less - check (being poor helped a lot [IMG] )
Go to classes regularly - check (aside from the first two days)
    Quit smoking - FAIL

Lost a pound or two, feeling generally healthier and my wallet is heavier (until a rather expensive purchase on Sunday but we need speak no more of that)

Deep said it best: change is a continual process

There's no magic formula, and just like learning to ride a bike you'll fall of and scrap your kness a few times until you finally learn how to ride

Proudly another person who has or is in the process of quitting.

Started with 1 smoke a day for 3 days and then none at all. it's been 4 days now since i had my last smoke and I'm doing pretty well.

With support from friends and's much easier. FUCK YOU to all those who flaunt ciggies in my face [IMG]

I also plan on smoking less weed [IMG]

I Don't make any, avoids the whole feeling of guilt when you break down which is inevitable in my case. [IMG]
