OK, I'm reposting this, minus the AHA-2940 & Yamaha SCSI Burner. Please don't go, you can get a similar system here and there for this price, etc... All components are top quality, nothing is half ass in my computer. Rounded ATA100 Cables, etc... Artic Silver on all HeatSinks....

This is what I have for sale, and I will not break it up.

    ABit KT7-Raid Motherboard
    AMD Athlon 1.1Ghz CPU Unlocked
Alpha PAL6035 HeatSink + YSTech Fan + Artic Silver
    512MB SDRam
    Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS Pro 64MB w/TV-Out w/BlueOrb
Hercules Game Theatre XP 5.1 SoundCard
    2 x 30Gb IBM 75GXP HardDrives in RAID0
    Pioneer 16X DVD

Microsoft M80 Sound System (2 Sats + Sub)

    Asking $1750 or Best Offer

I'm selling, because I would like to upgrade in the near future... and don't want to upgrade only parts... everything is in top notch condition, never had any problems with my PC.
Willing to setup your OS of choice with all the latest and greatest drivers...

I added it up... that's what it costs right now... though you'd be hard pressed to find a KT7-RAID, so I used the price of a KT7A-RAID.

Hey, I just don't like seeing people pay lots of money for used stuff.

Well whatever ... I could care less, not like I'm desperate to sell it.
But I still think you couldn't get this same PC for that price my friend.
I'd love to see this quote for under $1700 brand new.

Also I'd like to add, I said or Best Offer...

No Timo, you just don't like seeing people get paid lots of money for used stuff.

I think postmod's just jealous of Kenny's enterprising nature.

Holy shit, this post just made me 2 enemies for the price of 1!

Go to www.sonnam.com , where you can see a lot of the stuff...

    ABit KT7-Raid Motherboard $140
AMD Athlon 1.1Ghz CPU Unlocked $90
Alpha PAL6035 HeatSink + YSTech Fan + Artic Silver $50
    512MB SDRam $200
    Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS Pro 64MB w/TV-Out w/BlueOrb $150
Hercules Game Theatre XP 5.1 SoundCard $150
    2 x 30Gb IBM 75GXP HardDrives in RAID0 $290
    Pioneer 16X DVD $90
    Antec SX830 Case w/ 2 Antec 80mm + 2 Sunon 43CFM 80mm Fans $160
    Microsoft M80 Sound System (2 Sats + Sub) $150

Okay, so add another $100 or so if you don't want to drive around... and another $50 for someone to put it together for you...

Still, the price you are asking for USED equipment is ridiculous...

Strange ... I go to the same site you post.
The CPU is listed for $149, the VideoCard comparable but not the same is $269 ...

I'm not trying to argue here... but don't post shit about it being worth less when I know it isn't man...

Plus the prices you posted work out to just under $1700 ... and they're wrong. So I dont' know where you got your original figure ...

Sorry, addition... the rounded IDE Cables, Extra Fans, Blue Orb alone are worth an additional $100.

Shop around Kenny... that ain't the only place in town...

Plus, who wants a motherboard that's 1.5 years old?

Okay, so let's say you can get the system for $1900 brand new (with a 1.5 year old motherboard...)...

It's USED... and USED a lot...

So, for a fair price, chop it in two... $950... there, happy?

By the way, half the time I shop at sonnam, I get them to drop the tax...

Whatever Timo, I'm done with this stupid discussion.
Next time I know not to try and sell equipment on here...

Your arguements are bullshit... you're trying to tell me that it's worth that little because it's a year old motherboard? etc?

    Please... utter B.S.
So when I sold my 1200s the first time, and I made money on them it's because they were 8 years old and well taken care of?

I know things go down in value... but sorry, this PC is not that old, less than a year old. And it's barely used in the past 6 months. I've been using my Laptop and work PC mostly.
So I could care less if I sold it or not... I'll use it as a linux box.
And for $1700 I'm taking about a grand loss at that price...

If anyone's interested feel free to e-mail me... or you can e-mail Timo the super computer pricer who knows all about good computers.

Yeah, kenny, 1200's are comparable to a computer...

You know, back in 1987 I paid just over $1000 for my Tandy, with it's 8088 and 128K of memory...

Now, I barely used it, but do you think it's worth say $600?

Of course you're losing money... it's computer equipment...

In 6 months, it'll be worth about $500.

    Get a grip...
